Costs of lunch, refreshments and dinner: The conference fee covers refreshment during morning and afternoon breaks, lunch on Monday afternoon, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning sessions, dinner on Monday evening, as well as ordinary venue costs. Please note that Tuesday evening dinner is not included. Tuesday evening is free to take part in social arrangements and/or to explore possibilities of dining in the many restaurants and pubs downtown.
Please note that the breakfast is included in the overnight accommodation of your hotel (Funken or other venues chosen). If you are a nonresident of Funken Lodge, but want to join the breakfast together with conference fellows at Funken Lodge, you must arrange this and pay separately to the reception of Funken Lodge. Also make sure if breakfast is included in the overnight accommodation for non- residents, and make proper arrangements

Recommendation for choice of hotels: We recommend staying at Funken Lodge to help make PTS 2026 a compact and convenient conference to take advantage of networking with conference fellows during morning breakfast and and evening sessions of your own disposal. We therefore recommend participants to use the possibility of the full accommodation with breakfast included at the discounted price. The other costs are covered by the conference fee. To take advantage of the discounted conference rate at Funken Lodge, you must register and pay for your accommodation by 15 September 2026, as shown above. Rooms will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. If you choose hostel accommodation, we will reserve a room based on your stated preference. Haugen Pensjonat is our recommended first choice. If its capacity is exceeded, additional participants will be accommodated at the hostel in Nybyen offering the best available terms. You will pay the accommodation fee directly to the hostel. Further details about hostel reservations are available on the PTS website. If you prefer a tourist-class hotel, you must book your room directly through the hotel’s website and pay the hotel according to its booking terms.
