The most convenient for participants is to choose our conference hotel venue to book both your overnight hotelroom as well as day accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to our hotel venue. This gives you the best possibility to connect and network with the conference fellows at these events. You are free to choose another hotel accommodation, but then you have to pay for lunch and dinner to the hotel venue (see Non-residents blow) if you want to join and network with the conference fellows at these events. We therefore recommend participants full accommodation at our conference venue to get hotel-room with breakfast, lunch and dinner included to a discounted price.
Residents at the conference venue hotel (full accommodation). The offer consists of is hotelroom with full accommodation including the hotel-room, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Price will be published later - but will normally range between NOK 2000 and 3000 per person and night. This payment must be done by the participant at the same time as the booking.
Non-Residents at the conference venue hotel These Participants register at any hotel other hotel or BnB in the conference area, and pay the accommodation cost offered by the hotel . Normally a full overnight accommodation includes both the hotel-room and breakfast. Then you need to pay for lunch an dinner at the conference venue hotel and pay separately as explained below. We will publish a list of relevant hotels here if you desire so.
Non-resident - costs of lunch and dinner. To both take part in the conference and use the opportunity to connect and network with conference fellows by participation in the lunch and dinner, you must pay this separately to the conference hotel venue. These prices will be announced later but are often in the range of NOK 1000 per day on top of the overnight hotel accommodation. Non resident must then organize this with the Hotel reception and order lunch and dinner tickets to present at the lunch or dinner table. PERSITOX will try to find discounts for PERSITOX-participant both for the hotel venue and for day accommodation for non-residents
Hotel booking and registration details: Links to the hotel venue will be published in due time on the web, together with a booking code to get special discounts. Register and pay as reuired by card or other payment options, and ask for confirmation by mail og SMS. The discounted period last normally up to 4 - 6 weeks before the conference. After this you need to book your own hotel room accommodation based on current prices on your registration date.
