Initial programme

This page shows programme outline and some details. Details about registration deadlines, fees etc are displayed in the REGISTRATION PANE. The complete scientific programme will be displayed at the FINAL PROGRAMME PANE.  Details about abstract submission and  poster formats  are shown in the ABSTRACT PANE. 

Sunday November 1.  Arrival by morning flights (see flight schedules) , Hotel Checkin in the afternoon
Registration desk opens from 1700. Evening gathering and and icebreaker from ca 1800. 
Posters may be displayed Sunday afternoon in the break area or in the conference room. 

Monday morning:  Registration from late arrivals. Scientific program from 0930
Monday lunch at 12:00, Monday evening:  Possible northern lights viewing, outside walk in the town and dine downtown as you prefer on your own expense.
Tuesday: Scientific program continues. The evening dinner is included.  
Wednesday to 12:00. Scientific program continues. Summing up and closure at 12:00. Optional lunch and departure from 12:00

Time for invited speaker: 30 minutes duration including discussion.
Time for oral presentations:20 minutes including discussion.
