Welcome as Exhibitor! The PERSITOX PTS 2026 Conference provides an excellent opportunity for vendors or suppliers of environmental analytical instrumentation, sampling equipment, consumables, and chemicals to present their products. The exhibitor area is strategically located close to the conference room as venue for breaks and poster exhibitions, ensuring optimal visibility and interaction with participants throughout the event. We offer 2 option for the exhibitors:
Standard exhibitor package of 11000 NOK incl one person consisting of:
- Exhibition booth of 3x1m close as specified above. We recommend exhibitors to bring own display walls and poster or rollups
- Advertisement package i Programme book and on the webpage: A4-advertisement in the abstract book and on the webpage's FRONT and SPONSOR page, and with company LOGO in the SPONSOR banner.
- Vendor Session: Participate with a 15-minute oral presentation showcasing your company and products
Advertisement package of 8000 NOK for Exhibitors which will not attend the conference
- Exhibitors which will not attend the conference with their own booth and personel can make themselves visible by
- One A4-advertisement in the programme book, on the webpage's FRONT and SPONSOR page and have your logo in the sponsor banner on the bottom of the webpages.
Additional offers:
- Sponsorships: The symposium is a non-profit arrangement and sponsorships will be beneficial for all participants. At present we suggest the following topics to be sponsored: MSc student support to attract MSc students to PERSITIOX and award for the best poster and oral contributions. Sponsors are invited to contribute to these events. Sponsorships will be agreed upon between the sponsor and the exhibition contact person Oddvar Røyset
- Advertisement docs: Please send high quality PDF of JPG for your A4 advertisement and your companies' logo (incl your company's weblink) to exhibitor contact person Oddvar Røyset (004790149541, post@persitox.com). Time limit is October 15. to get the advertisement included in the programme book. If later, we can add advertisements only on the website and in the handouts together with programme.
