What is covered in the Registration fee?
Refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning sessions
Lunch om Monday and Tuesday session
Conference dinner on Monday evening (NB fee of NOK 1000)
Please note that Tuesday evening dinner is not included. Tuesday evening is reserved for a northern light viewing (see under ACTIVITIES)
For those who do not want to participate in this, Tuesday evening is free to relax or explore possibilities in downtown's cafe's , pubs or restaurants.
Please note that the breakfast is included in the overnight accommodation of your hotel (Funken or other venues chosen). If you are a nonresident of Funken Lodge, but want to join the breakfast together with conference fellows at Funken Lodge, you must arrange this and pay separately to the reception of Funken Lodge (NOK 295). Please mark in the registration form if you will not stay at FUNKEN

We recommend arrivals for most participants at Sunday 1st November.

An informal get together is planned 1st November with a som light food and refreshments. For those who need a dinner, the FUNKEN restaurant is open for the dinner of the day or a la carte until ca 2200.
Extended Booking periods: If you will to stay in at the conference venue before or after the conference to explore the town and surrounding you must register and pay for this separately and pay for this directly to the hotel.
