What is covered in the Registration fee?: The conference registration fee includes refreshments during breaks from Monday afternoon, Tuesday to Wednesday morning, lunch during Monday and Tuesday and Monday dinner. Please note that Tuesday evening dinner i not included.
Please note that breakfast are not included. This is normally included in the overnight accommodation of your hotel (Funken or other venues chosen). If you are a nonresident of Funken Lodge, but want to join the breakfast together with conference fellows at Funken Lodge, you must arrange this and pay separately to the reception of Funken Loge

Extended Booking periods: If you will to stay in at the conference venue before or after the conference to explore the town and surrounding you must register and pay for this separately and pay for this directly to the hotel.

PLEASE NOTE: ARRIVAL FLIGHT AND DEPARTURE FLIGTH - SEE GOTO LONGYEARBYEN WEBPAGE: The conference program starts early Monday morning. Registration and get-together starts Sunday afternoon from ca 1700. We therefore recommend all to book the Sunday 1st November SAS flight from OSLO to LONGYEARBYEN, which arrives LYR in the early afternoon. On Wednesday 4 November there are no return flights from LYR to OSLO. We therefore recommend all to book the return flight the Thursday morning 5. November (unless you want to extend your stay).
