Due to the new plan to arrange the conference in 2027 the details about the new conference date and venue, hotel, website, deadline for registration and abstracts, registration fees (early bird, full registration, PhD, MSc, Accompanying person, vendors) and other arrangements details will be published here. Details about the hotel registration will be published on the webpage REGISTER HOTELROOM
Registration fees and deadlines will consist of: Early bird registration, Full registration (late): PhD Student, Msc Student, Accompanying person, One day visit pass, wil be announced here, Refreshments during breaks are included in the conference fees.
Abstract submission deadline, Confirmation of abstract acceptance, Early registration deadline, Early booking of Hotel Room to take advantage of PERSITOX discounted price.
On arrival to the Hotel venue
Registration desk: Opens in the hotel reception from the afternoon before the conference
Sunday dinner: If you register from Sunday, the Sunday evening dinner is planned to be included
Extended Booking periods: If you will to stay in at the confernce veny hotel before or after the conference to explore the city and surrounding d the surroundings you must register and pay for thsi eparatly
and pay for this directly to the hotel.
Payments: If not done on registration the payments must be done during the checkout date.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Both exhibitors and participants register online on the form above. We encourage all to pay with credit card. Please note that you have to book and pay yourselve for the hotel accommodation.
Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation of participation must be done by mail to roland.kallenborn@nmbu.no with copy to post@persitox.com minimum 30 day before the conference. Your payments will refunded minus a 10% handling charge. Cancellation less then 30 day before the conference will not be refunded. To process refunds smootly we ask you to register your bank account number in the registration form (Norwegian bank-account for national participants and IBAN number (incl. IBAN prefix) for international participants) .
