Abstract submissions and formats (max. 250 words) should be sent to the organizing office to our general abstract mail account abstracts@persitox.com (this will archive all abstracts and forward those to the chairpersons Roland Kallenborn and dr Yifan LI for further review).
We ask you to use the Abstract format attached below as the abstract template, to secure uniform layout and information in the abstract section at the website. Use a Calibri or Arial like upright font-style with fontsize 14 (bold) for title, 12 (bold) for authors, 10 for author name and affiliation, and for 11 for abstract text. A few references are allowed, but use fontsize 8-10. You open the template by clicking on it, and have the option of Save to fil on your computer (the folder option), or open it in a Word program or similar text editor. Sometimes the download will save the document into your Download folder of your computer, so check here if you don't succeed with the first options.
Posters and poster formats: Posters can be displayed in the conference room from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday Lunch. The size of the poster board is 1000 x 1200 mm (W x H). Normal A0 formats (841 x 1189mm) are thus useful. It is important that your audience is able to view the content from a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters. "Less is better". Appropriate materials for mounting posters will be provided. Poster viewing will be given equal prominence and ample time during breaks.
